Decentralizing Influence: How Can We Separate Political and Administrative or Administrative and Economical Entities?Abstract:The issue of public organization’s autonomy is day by day more important, both from a practical and theoretical point of view. Distinctively when we take into consideration the administrative organization of entities it can be observed a phenomenon which exists both in OECD countries and in developed ones: the need of institutional autonomy.
